City & Police FCU becoming part of the Alive CU family!
We are excited to officially welcome City & Police Federal Credit Union to the Alive Credit Union family!
This strategic merger will be effective on April 1, 2024, and allows your credit union to make a greater impact in the communities we serve. It will also provide more resources such as an expanded branch network, improved digital services, offer higher deposit rates, lower loan rates, lower fees, and greater opportunities for future innovation and expansion.
What’s next?
We are committed to making this merger as seamless as possible. For the time being, it is business as usual. City & Police FCU members can continue to use their existing cards, checks, Online & Mobile Banking, offices, etc. Later this year, your CPFCU accounts will be automatically converted to Alive Credit Union. Regular communications as the merger progresses will be made available by visiting alivecu.coop or CityFCU.com. You can also reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
Once the merger is completed, Alive Credit Union will serve more than 20,000 members in the healthcare industry, City of Jacksonville employees, law enforcement, select retail employee groups, and our local community.
